Real projects, real outcomes. We build custom IT systems — fast, precise, with zero overhead.
Every system on this list was built for ourselves, which is a deliberate decision rather than a lack of clients. Before we started building commercially in a new technology, we proved it on our own company.
We test a new technology on ourselves first and only then offer it to clients. Every system on this list runs in our own company every day.
For ten years we built systems to order as the software house Altconnect, and then our own SaaS. When artificial intelligence began to change how software comes to life, we did not want to test the new methods on client projects.
We built Tidly, a complete two-sided platform, in 200 hours of one person’s work. Development was stopped by a governmental system that appeared on that market, yet the technology itself proved out in practice.
Hundreds of hours of study and courses, followed by the systems our work depends on today: company finances, project management, sales and marketing, and production optimisation. This method removes the limits of no-code platforms.
For you this means one thing. Because these systems are ours, we publish every number openly, from the effort and the hosting invoices to the parts we deliberately did not build. No client has to approve our metrics and no NDA hides the inconvenient details. We are now opening commercial delivery in this method, and more systems will follow here shortly.
A custom system on AWS that replaced a spreadsheet and 2-3 hours of manual work every month. Raw bank file import, self-learning categorisation and three separate data contexts. In production on day one, code review closed on day five.
Collecting documents for the accountants across three mailboxes, an invoicing platform and external portals took ninety minutes every month. The system reads the messages, compares what it finds against a checklist and surfaces above all what is missing. A backwards test on a closed month reproduced the manual set document for document.
A two-sided platform connecting homeowners with waste collection companies. IoT sensor integration: sensor readings automatically trigger service orders without human intervention. Price matrices, offer selection, reviews and billing, built in 10 weeks.
An operations panel replacing paper notes and a phone ringing from 6:00 to 22:00. Automatic zoning of jobs, route planning by dragging and on a map, daily truck limits and a price matrix driven by town, tank capacity and tank type.
A slice of the dispatcher panel rewritten for a thumb: the day’s job list, navigation to the customer’s gate, a status change and settlement of the cash collected. A second app in the same system cost around thirty hours of work.
A system in which the customer sees the tank level, the date, the payment status and every document, so they stop calling to ask when somebody is coming. A browser panel and a phone app with an identical feature set.
One system sold to three audiences: a small company, a fleet and a homeowner, each with its own promise. The website runs on the product platform, so a login carries the user into the marketplace and the panel without leaving the account.
